Mount Vernon Towers’ roundup of residents for the Country Western Party was a huge success last week! We saw so many cowboys and cowgirls on the sun porch enjoying vittles and firewater while listening to boot-stomping music.
Residents and their guests chowed down on delicious western-inspired foods like wild west corn salsa, gunslinger bacon potato salad, big tex biscuits and cornbread and silver dollar coconut cake. The rowdy crowd enjoyed food and fun while saying howdy to neighbors!
