All owners of the condominiums at Mount Vernon Towers are invited to participate in the upcoming Annual Meeting, which will be held on Monday, December 10.

At this important business meeting, the Management and Board of Directors will present the 2013 budget including scheduled improvements to the community and its surroundings, as well as a new marketing plan designed to continue to attract new buyers. In addition, owners will vote on the new Board of Directors.

“Fortunately, the lines of communication between the owners, the management team and the Board of Directors are open year-round. We are also blessed with an active and engaged Board of Directors who serve our entire community, but we know that it is important to host a formal Annual Meeting for all parties as well,” states Tommy Miller, Executive Director of Mount Vernon Towers. “This allows everyone to learn first-hand what is planned for the next calendar year, ask questions and provide input.”

Already, all residents have received a package of information pertaining to the Annual Meeting so that they can prepare and participate in a meaningful way on December 10.
