Mount Vernon Towers is proud to offer a variety of homes for seniors at different price points. We offer both fully renovated and partially renovated units. The photographs we provide show the marvelous renovations that some owners are making, while other owners are content with original architectural styles. Both sales and rental prices reflect these differences.
Premium renovations include new kitchens and baths, stainless steel appliances, butler’s pantry, quartz counters, electric fireplace, crown molding, tile bathrooms, new light fixtures, dimmable recessed lights, plantation shutters, hardwood floors and tiled patios. Some two bedroom units have moved the second bedroom wall to create a larger living room space.
Partially renovated condominiums often have painted original cabinets, fresh wall paint, mini-blinds, new counters, new appliances and new floor covering.

Mount Vernon Towers condominiums are individually owned. Each owner pays HOA dues which support the amenities, activities, and services of our active senior community. Some units are owner-occupied and others are rentals which are owned by investors or children who have inherited.
