Employees Food Order Form


To place an online order simply fill out this form

Employees must use the employee menu to order their meals.

    Pick Up

    • Orders will be made available at the time specified

    • Orders for dinner are reserved only for those working double shifts

    Delivery

    • Wellness & Admin employees only

    • Lunch orders must be placed between 8:00am and 11:00 AM, delivery by noon

    • Dinner orders must be placed between 8:00am and 4:00 PM, delivery by 5:00 PM

    • 3rd shift meals will be delivered at 5 PM.

    Dine-In

    • Lunch only

    • Orders must be in by 11:00 AM for all reservation times

    • Orders will be made available at the time specified
