This month, Passover and Easter fall in the same week, and the residents at Mount Vernon Towers have the opportunity to celebrate either one of these major religious holidays during a variety of religious services.
According to Tommy Miller, Executive Director: “The Towers offers many different services during the week. Even though our community is not specifically affiliated with any specific religious group or organization, we offer our residents the opportunity to attend religious services both on the premises as well as in a variety of nearby churches and temples. We are very happy to support our faithful residents as they celebrate all important religious holidays – throughout the year.”
In addition to in-house services and special events for Pesach and Easter, Mount Vernon Towers has a dedicated bus service to local events and places of worship, making it easy and a joy for residents to continue to participate in the holidays.
