Built in 1986, Mount Vernon Towers is undergoing renovation just like its next-door neighbor, City Springs, Mount Vernon Towers condominiums are individually owned! Each owner pays HOA dues which support the amenities, activities, and services of our community. Some units are owner-occupied and others are rentals which are owned by investors or children who have inherited.
