Executive Chef, Todd Rossi , creates savory chef-inspired meals under the management of Steve Hamilton, Assistant Executive Director of Facility Operations and Director of Human Resources. We are proud to have these two men working together serving our community!
Mr. Hamilton has had a unique and diverse background leading teams & departments in a wide range of hospitality positions, including on-premise food & beverage services in boutique, upscale hotel brands like the W Hotel and larger hotel chains like Westin & Marriott to large full-scale catering facilities like Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre and Wolfgang Puck at the Georgia Aquarium.

Enjoying a good meal over conversation is integral to seniors communities but the evolution of the dining experience has changed. Higher quality food is in demand, food must be natural, not processed or full of fillers and it must be able to cross a generational divide to please the masses. We have been able to provide our residents with all of these aspects while creating an environment that is both warm and modern.”

“My name is Todd Rossi and I am the new Executive Chef here at Mount Vernon Towers. I am very excited to be here serving you all and look forward to meeting you if I haven’t already. I have been a Chef for over 18 years and attended the Art Institute of Atlanta here in town. My degree is in Culinary Science but I also pride myself on excellent customer delight! I have extensive experience in the field which ranges from fine dining, catering and previous senior living facilities as well. My goals here are to expand and strengthen the food service department through training and further development of current staff; where I hope to achieve continuous improvement in food quality for your enjoyment.I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for the warm welcome I have received from the residents and staff. ”
